Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Riced Cauliflower
  • 1 Cup Chopped Mango Fresh or Frozen
  • 1 Cup Chopped Pineapple Fresh or Frozen
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 2 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Organic Coconut Water

  • Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth
