Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

A healthier version of the traditional breakfast cinnamon roll without the sugar!

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Banana Cut into slices and frozen
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower Seed Butter unsweetened
  • 2 Raw Brazil Nuts
  • 5 Raw Cashews
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • 1 Pitted Date *Can add a 2nd date if you like a sweeter flavor
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
