Together we will take a holistic view of all areas of your life, including relationships, sleep patterns, stress level, current diet, movement and overall satisfaction.

Coaching Includes
Personalized 1 on 1 Coaching.
30 DAY PROGRAM
- A personalized two-week meal plan and grocery shopping list
- Meet with me weekly, one-on-one, for a total of four 50-minute sessions in person or via Phone/Skype
- Weekly virtual accountability coaching via text/email
90 DAY PROGRAM
- Meet with me weekly the first 30 days, and bi-weekly following your first month for a total of eight 50-minute sessions in person or via Phone/Skype.
- Pantry and Fridge clean out, and assistance with meal planning & food prep
- Each session we will work towards your main health goals and I will provide you with guidance and personal support, all customized to your needs.
- Weekly virtual accountability coaching via text/email
6 MONTH PROGRAM
- Meet with me bi-weekly, one-on-one, for a total of twelve 50-minute sessions via Skype.
- Pantry and Fridge clean out, and assistance with meal planning & food prep
- Each session we will work towards your main health goals and I will provide you with guidance and personal support, all customized to your needs.
- Weekly virtual accountability coaching via text/email
