Man—what a week!! What a year! 😳I’m still digesting and processing everything, and I still don’t feel quite like myself, but it’s all good!!...

Today is a good day!! Sun ☀️ is out, everyone’s back at school 🙌🏼🙏🏻, I started the day with a workout (a shower 🚿🙏🏻😂) & #clientcoachingcalls and things feel a bit more “normal”🤞🏻

In times of stress it’s a natural instinct to focus on all the challenges we face, all the anxiety we feel and all the lack. 

Let’s flip the script and choose #joy! For me joy includes getting in nature, moving my body, connecting w people, cooking 🧑‍🍳, reading and laughing 😂 preferably with family & friends 💕🙌🏼. We have a lot to laugh about right now!!! 

Like how there is currently a small team ripping up some of our hard wood floors in the kitchen to let water dry out🤪😂🤣😳 

The saga continues—but we are marching on!! 💯
