OMG I’m tired! It’s been a whirlwind of a weekend and I’m officially not leaving my home today 🎉
I’m planning on hydrating, reading, baking, and enjoying yummy fresh food (after 2 days of wayyy too many snacks backstage at Zias dance recital 😂) 

Hope y’all have the day that YOU need today!! You deserve it!

I Finished ✅ my strength workout 🏋️ and feel like a million bucks 🤩 💯🙌🏼 —which is true after most workouts —-right?! #yes 🎉

If it’s been a while since you’ve had time to prioritize your workout routine I get it. #may is a busy month 🤪😆😜—- 
Let’s get YOU back to a habit of making time for your health & your #fitness practice 😊🎉

 
How?! Start to think about how you FEEL 😊and behave when you prioritize your #health & #fitnessroutine and let those positive attributes be the reward —be the dangling carrot 🥕 of motivation 

Here is my list, I encourage you to make your own and post it as a daily physical, visual reminder of your potential 💕

⚡️I have More energy 
⚡️I sleep more soundly 
⚡️I Prioritize nutrition 
⚡️I Live w more vitality and zest 🙌🏼
⚡️I am better at managing emotions 
⚡️I think more clearly

What else?! 

For the most part fitness feels really good. So focus on the reward—the “endorphin high” or whatever positive benefit exercise brings you! 🫵🏼

Then carve out consistent, sustainable time blocks that are easy to maintain! Ex) M/W/F at 7a or whatever works!

What’s one ☝️ meal you are always excited to eat?! 🎉🙌🏼For me it’s #avocadotoast 🙌🏼and funny enough I had it this morning at a girlfriends 👯‍♀️ brunch —before I even realized it was a “national day” total #kismet ⚡️🥰

Anyone else just taking it day by day lately?! 🤪. Every year I’m shocked 😯 at how busy the month of May and the end of the school year is?!?! 😬

Besides the school year, Both kids are also also wrapping up their competitive seasons over the next 2 weeks and it’s BUSY….I’m at my limit y’all 🤪😬😆 

I’m not trying to add anything extra, fancy or special to my proverbial plate, I’m simply focusing on the basics. The clean foundation that will keep our family ship 🚢 afloat, and running as smoothly and sanely as possible 🙏🏻
Sharing here in case you need some simple ways to self care 💕

1. Hydration 
2. Daily Green Smoothie 
3. 10 min of Sunshine 
4. Sweat 3x per week 
5. Intentional Moment of stillness each day 
6. Prioritization of sleep 😴
