Life is a dance 💃 between making it happen and Life is a dance 💃 between making it happen and letting it happen ❤️

The best things in my life have been gifts from the universe— when I was open, curious and simply let things evolve or happen naturally. This was my state of mind when I met Max, when I moved to Austin, when Zia was born, when I decided to start working in nutrition & holistic health. 
All of these gifts evolved naturally. 
I wish I could live freely in this #flowstate—-but as I’ve aged I’ve become too consumed w control 😆which leaves less room for spontaneous gifts and natural growth. 

I’m also a do-er so naturally I like to steer the ship 🛳 and feel like I have agency to #makeithappen 
Sometimes the productivity works out, other times it feels extremely frustrating like a brick wall staring me in the face.

If you are feeling stuck—-Trust that  the universe will bring you what you need when the timing is right to receive with an open heart ❤️ just like that gorgeous sunrise 🌅 full of daily possibilities—-possibilities waiting for when you are ready.

Y’all these veggie tacos are giving me life, and all the #plantbased #nutrition 😍

I had my protein smoothie an hour ago and found myself still hungry 😋. Instead of snacking, I took 3 minutes on this #minimeal 

Here’s the details 

💥Grab an English cucumber 🥒—dice it
💥Dice up some heirloom grape tomatoes 
💥Torch your @sietefoods #grainfree tortilla on a gas burner/ 30 seconds per side 
💥Smash 1/2 avocado 🥑 on top of the warm tortilla 
💥Top with diced veggies and add a few ready to go @eatposhi steamed cauliflower on top for a #plantforward #fiberfueled mini meal 😋🙌🏼

Not only is salmon delicious 😋 but it has some serious #health benefits. It’s a major #superfood, and it deserves a spot on your #dinnertable 

*Salmon is rich in long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to reduce inflammation, lower blood pressure, and decrease risk factors for disease 🙌🏼. Feeling run down, low energy??? try adding salmon to your life! 

* Salmon is a good source of protein, preventing muscle loss and helping the body heal and repair. Amazing post workout meal!

*Salmon is rich in astaxanthin which may help maintain skin elasticity, reduce the signs of aging and protect the skin against UV damage ☀️Healthy fat is good for plumping & protecting the skin yall! 

Our favorite way to enjoy salmon is slow roasted w EVOO, coconut aminos & 🍋 + a side of Brussels Sprouts

Every. Single. Dish was phenomenally delicious 😋
We indulged w delight on the daily and drank our weight in reposado on the rocks 💥. Thanks to our amazingly attentive bartender Edr!!! 

Love that the wine served is sustainable and low alcohol (10%) 🙌🏼 Compared to 14% in US. Love that they use ZERO plastic!!!!!!!!! All bevs are in glass! 

Love that the hotel bar snacks include ::::olives, organic wine, pickled peppers, salsa and dates!!!!!!! 
None of the garbage found in US hotels! 

Love that for s’mores they ditch processed graham crackers for house made snickerdoodle cookies!!!!! A major upgrade that I’m borrowing immediately!! 

Feeling super inspired and can’t wait to recreate some of these dishes at home!!!!
