A Balanced lunch 🥗 🥩🥦= #protein #veggies #fiber #fat 

And NO —-it doesn’t take hours in the kitchen!!!!
Just 5 minutes 🙌🏼 #yay 

Tacos 🌮, salads, smoothies and egg 🍳 veggie scrambles all provide nutrient density + protein & only take minutes to make🙌🏼 …

Especially when you have #leftoverprotein!!! Y’all—-90% of the time my lunch is a combination from leftovers!!! Another reason to cook 👩‍🍳 dinner at home ✅✅

Usually my lunch is a taco or salad 🥗 😋 —-mostly bc I #love them—-but also bc it’s so easy to make + to vary the ingredients and keep it #fun & #interesting!!! 

Then you go on rocking your day!!! Feeling #marvelous 🤩😊🥳

I adore 🥰 #travel and enjoy 😊 every minute of indulging on vacation, but once we return home🏡 it’s #backtobusiness 🫶🏻 back to our #healthfocused #routine 💥💪🏻🤩😋
I’m a rip the bandaid off kind of gal 😂

Here’s are my steps to #backontrack 💪🏻 #postvacay 

1. #1 —-This is key!!!!! We always book a buffer day (or 2) to transition from vacay to real life!! We are not the family that lands at 12a and heads straight into the work/school week—-that would create so much anxiety for me. (Obv this doesn’t apply to quick weekend trips)

2. Unpack & laundry immediately—-organized home = clear mind in my world. Don’t delay—Just do it!!! 

3. Get to the grocery store or order grocery delivery while on laundry duty . I try to think 🤔 of one or two inspired recipes from vacation to recreate 😋🥳🤩

*stock up on veggies 🥦 🥑🥬🥒 
*stock citrus, berries, apples 🍏 
*stock protein —🍳🥩🥓
*stock pre chopped herbs, pico & onions to elevate meals quickly!
*#guthealth #probioticsources like pickled veggies, @thecoconutcult & @cocojune_organic for chia yogurt!

4. Break a sweat 😅—Max and I had a spin + sauna date and it was so nice! 

5. Recommit to your health & wellness goals and to yourself! Pick ONE new goal for the week! Mine is back to my daily #greensmoothie 🫶🏻😋💗🥳

After a whole lot of sitting, lounging and indulging 💕✈️😊🥳yesterday it felt soooooo good to #movemybody to #sweat and to #strengthtrain 💪🏻
This whole #plyo + #dumbbellworkout took 40 minutes (plus a 5 min warm up on stair mill). So in/out 45 minutes and straight to the 🏖️ ☀️

#springforward is not really my jam 😂but if I have to wake up an hour earlier—@fsanguilla is an amazing place to do it! This place is paradise 🏖️💗🥳 and a great way to celebrate #40years

#savethis for when you feel stuck, unmotivated or unsure 😐—- #simpleaction creates action and momentum 🎉

1. Am I properly hydrated? 1/2 your body weight in oz y’all!

2. Did I get sunshine?! ☀️ You are a living, breathing being—you need sunlight & fresh oxygen!

3. Did I #movemybody ?! Anything counts!! Find a movement style you enjoy!

4. Did I eat something green? 🥬🥦

5. Did I eat protein? 🥩 

🙌🏼 #yes —of course we can add more wellness-y things, but let’s not! 

Spring is alllll about simplifying, de cluttering and getting back to basics! 🫶🏻🤩🙌🏼. Let’s stop overthinking, over complicating and just commit to doing the simple, (sorta boring 😂) stuff that works!!!!

Played a fun little game w the kids #afterschool while they were enjoying their #prepractice proteinsmoothie 🩰 ⚽️ 

I challenged them to guess the TWO undetectable veggies in their Smoothie—-they loved the challenge & were totally stumped 🤔!!!! The guesses had me dying laughing 🤣—Brussels sprouts?!?! 😂😂😂😳 haha I’m not that cruel 😂

The answers?! 🤔🤷‍♀️….
Frozen peas & Persian cucumber 🥒 Both veggies are literally undetectable!!! If you are having trouble getting your kids to enjoy a veggie smoothie start w these!!! Bonus—The frozen peas add a creamy texture ✅

Sneaky Veggie Protein Smoothie 
(Serves 2 kids) 
1 heaping cup frozen peas
1 Persian cucumber 
1 banana
1/4 C strawberries 🍓 
1 heaping scoop vanilla Grassfed Whey protein @bewellbykelly 
2 TB almond butter 
1 1/2-2 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk 
2 ice cubes 
Blend & serve immediately 🤩

Enjoy!!! See if you can stump your kids! 🫶🏻🤩🤔😂
