Pumpkin Spice Latte by Detoxinista
What signals the arrival of the fall season MORE than a PSL?! Starbucks put this drink on the map in 2003, and Iโm not sure there has ever been a coffee drink with a greater impact on popular culture! If you are looking for a version that wonโt set you back 50 grams of sugar, try Detoxinistaโs Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe. Iโm all about enjoying life, especially during fall and winter. If I can find a treat that tastes as good as the original, without refined sugar and artificial ingredients. Iโm all in! This PSL is made with real, whole ingredients, is dairy free and delicious! Blend it up in minutes and enjoy on a crisp fall morning.

One Bowl Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins by Real Food Whole Life

Turkey Chili By Happy Dinner ATX
Nothing screams fall more to me than Chili! I love switching it up and varying my chili recipe. Sometimes I use chicken, other times grass-fed, ground beef. If you are in the mood to move away from your traditional โgo-toโ recipe Give this one a try! Itโs really healthy and anti-inflammatory but also delicious! I love using Eden Organic Kidney Beans in my chili recipes! Eden Organic Beans are the best y’all!! They are Organic, Non-GMO & PBA free. Plus Eden washes, soaks, sprouts and pressure cooks all of their beans before they are canned! This process inactivates the lectins making the beans easier to digest! They are the only brand of beans I will buy!!!
