
Sip-Sip Hooray!! We think smoothies are pretty fun over here! Easy to make, easy to drink quickly before you start your day and packed with vitamins, minerals and fiber! I’ve put together a collection of smoothies that our kids crave! Simply place all ingredients in your high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy!
All of the recipes listed make about 3 cups! Give them a whirl and let me know which one is your favorite!
Berry-Banana Smoothie {With a Sneaky Veggie}
1 frozen banana
1 Cup Sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 Cup frozen wild blueberries
1 Cup frozen cauliflower (either riced cauliflower or florets)
1/2-3/4 Cup Milk of choice. *We like coconut milk
1 scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen
Green & Creamy Smoothie
Spinach is my favorite “green” to add to our smoothie. The flavor is slightly sweet and when combined with avocado and nut butter its undetectable! Perfect for even the toughest critics!
2 handfuls fresh spinach
1 frozen banana
1 frozen kiwi
1/4 pear
3 celery stalks
2 TB cashew butter (*or sun butter)
1/4 Avocado π₯
1 scoop Vanilla Bone Broth Protein
1 cup oat milk
Mint Chip Smoothie
So creamy it tastes like dessert and dose of magnesium will have you in a calm state all morning!
1 Cup frozen spinach
1 frozen banana π
1/2 Avocado π₯
5 sprigs of fresh mint
1 scoop Chocolate Bone Broth Protein
2 TB cacao nibs
1 cup almond milk
