We enjoyed this mouth watering, Korean style Hanger Steak 🥩 over Sunday Supper, and I couldn’t wait to share on the blog! Over the weekend, I was randomly inspired by Judy Joo’s recipe featured in People Magazine while reading poolside. I swiftly went to Whole Foods to get 2 lbs of Hanger Steak and fired up the grill! {Well actually–Max fired up the grill!}.
Hanger steak is such an under rated hero of BBQ dinners. Such great flavor in this relatively affordable cut of meat and it’s so easy to prepare and serve.
I was hoping to make lettuce wraps with the leftovers, but there weren’t any! It was THAT good!! Both Zander & Zia couldn’t get enough. I simply love those kind of meals that the entire family enjoys. Especially when the recipe is easy, low mess and contains few ingredients!!
We served our grilled hanger steak with organic grilled corn and a seasonal butter leaf salad! I simply cannot quit making salads with all of the delicious summer fruit!!
To prep your steak, bring the meat to room temperature, then massage the marinade into meat. Set aside for 15-20 minutes while you heat the grill to 425 degrees and make THIS summer salad!
