Peachy Green Smoothie by Happy Dinner ATX
Had to start with this peachy recipe collection off with a smoothie! Smoothies are one of my favorite ways to start the day, especially in the warm summer months. I try to eat seasonally as much as possible, and this smoothie checks all the summer peach boxes!
Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder (20 grams of protein)
2 fresh peaches {remove pit}
1 date {remove pit}
1 TB Cashew Butter
1/4 Avocado
2 Cups Fresh Spinach
2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 TB Psyllium Husk Powder (fiber)
1-2 Cups Almond Milk
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and top with fresh mint, a couple shakes of cinnamon, pink salt and shredded coconut! Enjoy!

Frozen Peach Margaritas by Miss In The Kitchen
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups frozen peaches
- 1 ½ cups fresh orange juice
- 1 cup ice
- 2 ounces tequila
- juice of 1 lime
- coarse salt and fresh limes for garnish
Blend until smooth. Run a lime slice around the rim of each glass and dip in coarse salt. Garnish with a fresh lime slice and enjoy. Serve with chips and this fresh peach salsa recipe!!!
