Y’all I can’t keep this Banana Bread stocked!! I could seriously write you paragraphs about how much we LOVE this bread. How moist, flavorful and surprisingly healthy–ish it is! It’s the perfect after school snack when paired with a glass of almond milk, or an easy breakfast when slathered with coconut butter and a side of fresh berries!

I love to make this on a Friday morning and let it sit on the counter until it’s gone! Slice, Serve, Enjoy on Repeat!!

AND THIS BREAD IS SO EASY TO MAKE!! For that reason this banana bread definitely deserves a space on the blog and in your kitchen! It’s Grain free, refined sugar free and the coconut yogurt creates a moist, creamy, cake like texture!! Next time you have ripe bananas {which for me is way too often!!} give this recipe a whirl!!
