Sage and Garlic Rubbed Cornish Hens

Perfect for the smaller gatherings we are all having this year and super simple. The prep time only takes 15 minutes, and the cook time only 55 minutes. Guarantees you won’t spend the day slaving in the kitchen.
Paleo Honey Baked Ham

Super easy to make with a spiral cut ham + the decadent glaze only has FOUR ingredients! All it takes is just a few minutes of prep and you end up with a juicy and tender honey baked ham that your family will love. We usually have leftovers for Christmas morning. Cheers to that!!!
Life made Sweeter also has a really yummy whole roasted Turkey recipe if that is more your holiday style. And you have more time.
Perfect Beef Tenderloin

Last Christmas Eve I made this Fool Proof Prime Rib, {highly recommend} but this year I’m planning to serve tenderloin! I’m really excited about this recipe. There are only FIVE ingredients, so it’s clean!! There are only three simple steps, so it’s easy. I don’t know about you, but there isn’t a whole lot of extra time on Christmas Eve–between church service and last minute baking & wrapping.
We all really love tenderloin, and I was able to pre-order our beef from our grocery store. So the shopping is done!
Slow Roast Salmon with Citrus & Chiles

If you have been following along, you know one of my favorite dinners EVER is a slow roast salmon. This recipe fits my holiday cravings to a tee!! A little spicy, zesty citrus flavor, light and so satisfying.
“Oh and itβs so easy! Literally no skill required. Put fish in pan, season fish, cook fish, done. No searing, no worrying about sticking to the pan” YES!
