I started this smoothie habit a few years ago, and I notice a huge downward shift in my energy levels on the mornings I don’t start with a fiber, protein, superfoods, veggie rich smoothie. By drinking your morning meal, your body isn’t using energy to digest your breakfast. Your smoothie moves directly into your intestines allowing your body to efficiently break it down and use the nutrients for energy and cleansing!

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Frozen wild blueberries
- 1/4 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 tbsp Coconut Butter
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Butter
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 2 Walnuts
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk **Add 1/2 Cup water if needed to blend
- 1 Handful fresh spinach
- 1 Scoop Pure Unsweetened Bone Broth Protein
