Super easy #mealprepmonday 🫶🏻 If you have e Super easy #mealprepmonday 🫶🏻

If you have extra #chickenbreast and aren’t sure what to do with it, make this #yummy #chickensalad 
It’s totally customizable and makes the perfect #lunch 😋

Todays recipe calls for 
4 cooked chicken breasts (mine were seasoned w salt/pepper/rosemary)
3-4 stalks of celery 
1/3 cup red onions—diced
1/4 cup diced pecans 
1/2 large avocado 
1-2 TB mayo or mustard. I used @acidleague Yuzu, ACV, lemon 

I’ve also added diced green or red apples 🍎 edamame, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and shredded carrots. You can totally make it your own!

This is a question 🙋‍♀️ I get all the time! What supplements do you take? 

Answer—It depends?! 
I switch up my #supplementroutine seasonally, and I also make additions based on ailments or deficiencies I’m dealing with. 

Definitely 💯 get blood work and talk to YOUR doctor ✅✅ before starting a new #vitaminregimen 
We are all facing different imbalances, that require unique protocols 🫶🏻

In the AM ☀️ I start w my staple—20 oz glass of water w lemon + pink salt —& the following supplements 

* @naturallynourishedrd Baseline Probiotic to keep my #gutincheck ✅

* @naturallynourishedrd Super Turmeric —it’s formulated to reduce aches/pains while enhancing antioxidant status for anti-aging, immune & cardio health

* Liposomal Glutathione —a powerful antioxidants 

that reduces oxidative stress and helps improve insulin resistance. I love the liquid bc it’s one less pill 💊 and it’s absorbed more easily 

*Liposomal GABA + L-Theanine —when I’m feeling stressy, this is my wingman. I don’t take it daily, but I love it pre-menstrual as it supports emotional balance and a healthy stress response. L-the anime is an amino acid ray supports relaxation and mood

* @thornehealth Super EPA for my essential omega-3 fatty acids that support my brain 🧠, my heart, & reduce inflammation

*Dim Detox: I’m prone to #estrogendominance & #endometriosis so this helps my body flush excess hormones, particularly estrogen 🤪

At lunch 🥗 I add Liquid chlorophyll & @waterandwellnessco #hypertonicminerals to my water. 
The hypertonic provides hydrating sea minerals & the chlorophyll aids detoxification and helps build red blood cells. Which = energy for me! 

I also take @cymbiotika Liposomal #vitaminc to aid my immune system!!! I’ve taken this daily since Nov. and was the only one in the family who stayed well all flu/Covid season 🎉

At night I use @cymbiotika magnesium spray for sore muscles + to tap into #chillmode before I go to sleep 😴 

I’ve taken more than this when I had gut issues, immune dysfunction or during an autoimmune flare up 🥲. I’ve also taken less..

I find that when I take an hour or two to get our meals organized for the week, it’s like the biggest form of #sundayselfcare 💗

The #mealprep agenda usually includes 

*batch cooking a yummy soup to enjoy Sunday for dinner + reheat during the week!

*chopping + roasting veggies for easy sides & salads!! I eat a salad 🥗 nearly everyday so I’m always happy 😊 when my ingredients are prepped!

*I make a protein 💪🏻💪🏻of some sort! This week it was chicken breast, last week crock pot carnitas, could be beef 🥩 next week?! Whatever your family enjoys 🎉

*I make a couple chia seed yogurts for #onthrgobreakfast 👏🏻 I use @cocojune_organic coconut yogurt + @zenbasil seeds + blueberry 🫐 #soeasysogood 😋

*I get my #smoothiedrawer loaded and ready w fruit, avocado and veggies —so I can blitz a #smoothie in minutes!! 

It sounds like a lot, but I promise it only takes 60/90 minutes and it will save your booty all week!!!
